Cristina is absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her and her team enough. My fiancé and I were browsing for houses for a couple of months with no luck before we enlisted Cristina’s help. Within a week or two, Cristina found us the perfect home based on what we were looking for, and her knowledge of the area and new construction that was underway. Cristina was a God sent, I arrived in Orlando April 2021, I went to the visitor center and begin asking questions, I was given Cristina’s number, gave her a call, she immediately got the ball rolling and the next two days we were visiting various communities. Cristina was very helpful throughout our whole home selling and buying experience. She helped us get the best price so we had enough money to put down on our new home. She was very knowledgeable about the location of the home we were selling and the location of the home we bought 2 counties away. This is a pretty long review, so TL:DR - Cristina is amazing, made the process super easy and is great to work with! Last year I reached out to a Facebook group looking for help to find a rental in Orlando. Cristina responded and gave me some options, when she saw my budget she asked why I hadn’t thought about buying. Well, as a forever renter I hadn’t even considered that i’d be able to! Cristina took me through all the steps, referred me to a mortgage broker, and I was pre-approved within the week. I had NO idea about buying a house and especially trying to do it from out of state. However, Cristina made it seamless from start to finish! She talked me through every step, nudged me in the right direction when needed and was there to listen when I had a wobble and wasn’t sure what to do. Knowing I was flying in and had a very short time frame she had everything lined up, organised by neighbourhood and ready to go. She was patient, gave me great overviews of each property and helped me to understand what to look for. I never felt rushed or like she was giving me the hard sell, it always felt like she had my best interests at heart and was able to be a very impartial sounding board when I needed to talk through and work out which property was best. She has also followed up regularly post purchase to make sure I register for things like Homestead, which is so helpful as a first time buyer. Cristina was proactive in finding places and because of that I am now sitting in a house that I love. I never in a million years thought I’d say I was a homeowner, but here I am! Thank you Cristina!
